We specialize in proxy purchasing of Japanese anime products, all products are 100% authentic and shipped directly from Japan to Hong Kong. All products on our website are brand new and unopened. We do not have order cut-off dates (we stop taking orders when slots are full). We regularly check all products and will remove items that cannot be ordered.

📝Orders and Refunds
Payment of a deposit is considered a purchase. Unless the item is out of stock, the deposit cannot be refunded.
Goods will be stored for 1 month after arrival. If pickup cannot be arranged after that period, the order will be considered abandoned.

Purchase process: (No membership required)
- Browse the products you like, first choose "Pay in Full" or "Pay Deposit".
- Then press [加入購物車].
- Press [結帳] in the shopping cart.
- At the checkout interface, provide the correct email and phone number, and fill in your name for contact purposes.
- Fill in the appropriate address (such as SF address and number). If the customer chooses face-to-face pickup, fill in [地址] and [市] as "0000", and [地區] can be any region.
- After completing the address filling, you can choose the shipping method. Face-to-face pickup or SF Cash on Delivery.
- Payment method
- If you choose to pay by credit card or PAYPAL, fill in the relevant information as required on the webpage to complete automatic payment.
- If you choose to pay by bank transfer/FPS/PAYME/ALIPAY(HK), there will be relevant instructions (such as username/bank account number). Follow the instructions to complete the transfer. Please keep the transfer record after payment. Our staff will contact you for verification.
- Check the order summary and press [完成訂單].
- After completing the order, we will automatically send an email to confirm the order.
If we find that all products in the order cannot be ordered, a refund will be arranged and the order will be voided.
If we find that some products in the order cannot be ordered, they will be removed from the order and the order will be updated with a refund arranged.
