First Place! Without a doubt! It's that man (self-proclaimed) who is targeted by the mysterious organization "Dark Reunion" – Shun Kaidō from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.! Calling himself the "Jet Black Wings," his head is full of delusions about fighting evil organizations, perfectly embodying all the classic symptoms of chūnibyō. This first place is well-deserved! Judgement Knights of Thunder!⚡
Second Place! Prussia from Hetalia! The eternal "Ore-sama" (This Great One)! That kind of "I am the greatest," "looking cool is number one" confidence (although often accompanied by loneliness w) is also a very classic form of chūnibyō expression! "This great one is as handsome as a little bird!"
Sixth Place! Isao Kondo from Gintama! Although his ideals and actions are dangerous, that whole "I just want to destroy this rotten world" vibe, his words and actions full of destructive aesthetics, are just overflowing with chūnibyō feeling! Paired with that eyepatch and smoking pipe, he's genuinely cool too...

Calls himself the "Dark Devas of Destruction," carries the "Four Dark Devas of Destruction" (hamsters) with him, his speech is full of incomprehensible incantations and settings, and he might even have the power of the demon world sealed in his scarf (?) Super High School Level Chūnibyō!
Eleventh Place! Fischl from Genshin Impact! Calls herself the "Prinzessin der Verurteilung," hails from the Immernachtreich, and even her speech has to be translated by her familiar Oz... This level of full-on roleplay sends the chūnibyō index through the roof!
Speaking of chūnibyō, how can we forget her! Twelfth Place! Rikka Takanashi from Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!! "The Wicked Eye is the strongest!" This work is basically the textbook definition of chūnibyō, right?! Every character has it (meant as a compliment)!
And then there are characters like Fumikage Tokoyami from My Hero Academia (Dark Shadow is super cool!), Light Yagami from Death Note ("I am the god of the new world!"), Kyotaro Ichikawa from The Dangers in My Heart (his inner monologue is super chūnibyō), Cid from The Eminence in Shadow (a true overpowered protagonist but obsessed with playing the part of a chūnibyō powerhouse)...
