Wake Up, Girls!" 10th Anniversary Project Begins｜Latest Illustrations Released, and Final Live "Wake Up, Girls! FINAL LIVE: Parade of Memories" Support Screening Event to be Held.
The anime 'Wake Up, Girls!', jointly created by Ordet and Tatsunoko Productions, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a series of celebratory activities! Among the most anticipated is the illustration hand-drawn by character designer Nao Chikaoka, which will be released on Blu-ray.
Additionally, a CD documenting the rich history of 'Wake Up, Girls!' will be released simultaneously, allowing fans to glimpse the group's growth trajectory.
Furthermore, the legendary final live performance 'Wake Up, Girls! FINAL LIVE ~Parade of Memories~' will be screened, which is undoubtedly the greatest gift to the fans! The illustration for this release is hand-drawn by Nao Chikaoka, featuring the seven girls in brand new 10th anniversary costumes, their radiant smiles celebrating this important milestone together with everyone.
Official Twitter and AVEX PICTURES will handle the product sales, with the specific release date for all products being Wednesday, November 20, 2024, priced at 38,500 yen (tax included).
The included content consists of: 12 episodes of the TV anime 'Wake Up, Girls!', 12 episodes of the movie 'Wake Up, Girls! The Seven Idols', 12 episodes of 'Wake Up, Girls! Beyond the Bottom', and 13 episodes of 'Wake Up, Girls! New Chapter', among others.
Additionally, there are products such as a jacket newly illustrated by character designer Nao Chikaoka and an original booklet, priced at 27,500 yen (tax included).
In terms of music, a series of LIVE TOUR CDs will also be released, including the 1st to 4th LIVE TOURs, as well as the Wake Up, Girls! character song series, priced at ¥4,400 (tax included) and ¥13,200 (tax included) respectively.
It is worth mentioning that 'Wake Up, Girls! FINAL LIVE ~Parade of Memories~', originally scheduled for March 2020, had to be postponed due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, and will now be held in theaters as a support screening event.
