Saitou

Saitou is a supporting character who patrols the streets of Ueno as a local police officer assigned to the koban near Ueno Zoo's entrance. He frequently finds himself on the receiving end of pranks and mock-battles launched by the elementary school trio known as Colors. Despite grumbling at their antics and calling them little brats, he consistently goes along with their detective games and quietly watches over them, revealing a genuinely kind-hearted nature beneath his stern facade.
