Once a stray dog abandoned on the roadside, Tetsuya #2 found a new home when Kuroko Tetsuya took him in. His strikingly vacant yet soulful gaze bore such a resemblance to Kuroko's own expression that teammates naturally dubbed him 'Tetsuya #2.' He was soon welcomed as Seirin's official club mascot, even receiving his own jersey bearing the number 16. Beyond his gentle and lovable nature, this remarkable dog seems to possess an uncanny ability to sense the emotional atmosphere during games and respond to each player's feelings—earning him deep affection from the entire team. The one exception is Kagami Taiga, whose fear of dogs makes every encounter with the little mascot an ordeal.
