Somewhere in the modern world lies a massive, top-secret facility shrouded in mystery. For Miu Takigawa, an ordinary girl living an unremarkable life, everything changes the moment an unexpected letter arrives at her door. The letter informs her that she has been selected for a brand-new, unprecedented project — though she can hardly believe it's real. Following the instructions inside, she makes her way to the designated location, only to discover seven other girls who have each received the same mysterious summons. Standing before the imposing hidden facility, the eight girls are left speechless and bewildered, with no idea what they've been chosen for or what awaits them. Then comes an announcement that none of them could have anticipated: they are to make their debut as an idol group under a major record label.
