Delusional Monthly Magazine is an original BL comedy anime blending modern-day settings with supernatural flair. Created by Ichigo Matani and brought to life by animation studio OLM, the series is helmed by director Chizuru Miyawaki with series composition by Hiroko Kanasugi. Featuring Jirou Tanaka, Tarou Suzuki, Saburou, and Gorou Satou as its central cast, this wholly original production delivers a fresh and offbeat mix of comedy, the supernatural, and boys' love.

Set in a quirky town called Most City, Delusional Monthly Magazine follows the eccentric staff of a small publishing company nestled on the second floor of a weathered building. The company produces a science periodical dedicated to covering jaw-dropping incidents and unexplained phenomena so baffling that even the scientific community is left completely stumped. The entire editorial team amounts to just a handful of people: a strikingly beautiful editor-in-chief, her sole editor Tarou Suzuki, elementary schooler Jirou Tanaka who serves as their young assistant, and Jirou's loyal dog Saburou. Since the office rarely sees any real activity, the trio tends to spend their days lounging at Rock, a coffee shop located right downstairs. Everything changes when a scientist named Gorou Satou walks through the door seeking their help, setting off a wildly unconventional chain of events.
