When the curious Cocona Cocomine crosses paths with the free-spirited Papika, the two are swept into Pure Illusion—a kaleidoscopic world beyond imagination. FLIP FLAPPERS is set in a world where hidden dimensions exist just beneath the surface of everyday reality. Cocona Cocomine is an ordinary middle schooler who hasn't quite figured out what she wants to do with her future — until a chance encounter with the free-spirited and enigmatic Papika turns her world upside down. Papika introduces Cocona to a covert organization known as Flip Flap and pulls her into a surreal alternate dimension called Pure Illusion, a realm filled with bizarre creatures and unpredictable environments. There, Cocona finds herself tasked with collecting mysterious crystal shards, all while navigating the dangers of this strange new world. Adding to the complexity, a rival organization also has its sights set on these shards. Just what is the significance of these fragments, and what secrets does Pure Illusion hold?
