Introduction / Synopsis

Summary

Magic of Stella is a TV anime produced by SILVER LINK., adapted from the manga by くろば・U. This heartwarming comedy slice-of-life series follows Shiina Murakami, a high school girl who joins the doujin game circle "SNS," where she bonds with Tamaki Honda, Kayo Fujikawa, Ayame Seki, and more colorful companions as they pour their passion into creating games together. With its gentle humor and endearing character dynamics, the series captures the magic of youth and creativity in every episode. Directed by Shinya Kawatsura and series composition by Fumihiko Shimo, this is a must-watch for fans of cozy, feel-good anime.

Plot

Starting high school is already nerve-wracking enough, but Tamaki Honda has an extra challenge on her plate — she has no idea which club to join. Everything changes when she stumbles upon a small group of girls pouring their hearts into creating an original computer game. The discovery sparks a long-forgotten passion: as a child, Tamaki adored crafting board games from scratch. Feeling a pull she can't ignore, she signs on as the team's artist. Together with programmer Shiina Murakami, story writer Ayame Seki, and composer Kayo Fujikawa, Tamaki dives headfirst into the world of doujin game development. With major conventions looming on the horizon, the four girls must juggle creative ambitions, personal quirks, and steep learning curves to bring their vision to life. Can this ragtag team of passionate creators pull it all together in time?
