Hakoniwa Academy appears to be a perfectly ordinary high school on the surface, but beneath its calm exterior lies something far more extraordinary. Medaka Kurokami has just been elected Student Council President by an overwhelming majority, driven by her passionate desire to help every single student on campus. To put her ideals into action, she establishes a suggestion box system, inviting anyone with a problem or request to seek the Student Council's assistance.
