UNDER NINJA

UNDER NINJA is a modern school-set anime blending action, dark comedy, and crime, adapted from the manga by Kazouhige Hanazawa. In modern-day Japan, the age of the ninja is far from over. An estimated 200,000 ninja are said to be living among ordinary citizens, hidden in plain sight. Operating entirely outside civilian government oversight, the elite ninja organization NIN — National Intelligence of NINJA — carries out covert missions including assassinations and acts of sabotage, moving through the shadows with lethal precision. Standing in opposition to NIN is a rival faction known as UN, or Under Ninja. UNDER NINJA drops viewers into this clandestine world where two powerful ninja organizations are locked in a fierce and secretive conflict. With ninja pitted against ninja beneath the surface of everyday life, the stakes of this shadowy rivalry run deeper than anyone on the outside could ever imagine.
