Akito Ashimine

Akito Ashimine is a tsukumogami who dwells within a pair of scissors, operating under the enigmatic organization 'Maigo-ya'—a refuge for masterless spirit-objects. To secure the group's survival, he infiltrates the protagonist's school alongside his adoptive sister Arumi and fellow members, maintaining a student cover. A former bodyguard with formidable combat skills, Akito initially stands as an adversary to the protagonist, projecting an air of cold detachment. Yet beneath that guarded exterior lies an unwavering devotion to family and belonging—making him a fiercely honest warrior who fights not for glory, but for the place he calls home.
