Alvin

The central figure of this story, a thirty-year-old veteran adventurer who has seen his share of hardship. A botched curse cast by the monk Kara forces him into an unwanted partnership. Though his combat ability is far from impressive — earning him the ironic nickname of a "seasoned rookie" — his sharp wit and knack for calling out Kara's unreasonable behavior are second to none. Despite constantly being run circles around by Kara's biting remarks, he remains a genuinely earnest, good-natured, and common-sense-upholding soul who shoulders every burden with quiet resolve.
