Amina

Amina is a foreign girl who was smuggled into Japan through human trafficking, stripped of both her nationality and freedom in the process. Despite enduring violence and hardship within the criminal underworld, she never lost her inner strength or her sense of hope. After being taken in by protagonist Kei Sakakibara, she reveals a remarkable talent for mahjong, stepping up to support him at critical moments and becoming a vital presence he feels compelled to protect in his otherwise cold existence.
