Kirara Akabane is a passionate magical girl who deeply admires and stands behind the so-called "Otaku Hero." In an era where the organization known as SSC actively suppresses otaku culture, she takes up an anarchic staff and throws herself into the ranks of the Akihabara Revolutionary Army. Though her outward demeanor is fierce, competitive, and cutting, her true nature is remarkably sincere and pure. Her sole purpose in battle is to bring down the SSC and reclaim the ordinary life of a regular girl.
