Atri

Set in a near-future world where rising sea levels have swallowed much of the earth's surface, the story begins when a young man named Kasuki Ijika retrieves a dormant humanoid robot from the ocean floor. That robot is Atri. Despite being a machine, she radiates an infectious brightness and carries a depth of emotion that feels remarkably human — though her frequent blunders have earned her the affectionate nickname 'Useless Robot.' Driven by a longing to understand human feelings and to remain by Kasuki's side, the two embark together on a journey at the edge of a dying world, searching for lost memories and a reason to keep going.
