Banri Watanuki

Banri Watanuki is an atavistic yokai carrying the bloodline of the tanuki, currently residing in Room 1 of the Yokai Mansion. He puts on a tough-guy act and insists on being seen as a delinquent, yet his straightforward nature and tendency to blush give him away time and again—much to the amusement of his childhood friend Karuta and the others. While his tanuki form may not be the most formidable in battle, his unwavering drive to protect Karuta speaks volumes about the loyalty and sincerity hidden beneath his rough exterior.
