Bē is the easygoing house cat of a neighborhood newspaper shop in 3-chome. Although he technically serves as a delivery helper, mornings are very much his natural enemy—he often wanders through his duties in a dreamy, unfocused haze. That said, years of weaving through alleyways on delivery routes have made him an unrivaled expert in local shortcuts. What truly sets him apart is the mysterious cross-shaped bandage on his face, which reportedly opens portals to other dimensions from time to time—though Bē himself remains blissfully unaware of this peculiar phenomenon.
