Benisumomo

Benisumomo is a senior student of Akane-gumi's Hitsuji-han, who habitually presents herself to others as an all-around genius ninja. She deliberately adopts a lazy, effort-averse attitude in public to maintain an image of someone who grows stronger without ever trying hard. Behind closed doors, however, she trains with remarkable dedication, and regards Tsubaki—whose abilities are on par with her own—as a rival she must surpass, frequently challenging her to prove her own superiority.
