Boingo

Boingo is one of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods, a deeply withdrawn boy who shuts himself off from the world and trusts no one except his older brother Oingo. His Stand, Thoth, possesses a rare and formidable ability: it generates comic-strip-style panels that depict the absolute, unalterable future with one hundred percent accuracy. Partnering first with Oingo and later with Hol Horse, Boingo repeatedly attempted to eliminate the Joestar group. Yet despite his prophecies being flawlessly accurate, each assassination plot collapsed in spectacularly absurd fashion due to execution errors or cruel twists of fate. After enduring a string of humiliating failures, Boingo ultimately resolved to turn over a new leaf.
