Bunzo

Bunzo serves as both the owner and head chef of 'Ramen Akaneko,' a tabby cat who has taken upon himself the culinary craft and unfulfilled wishes of his late human teacher. Guided by a strict artisan's code, he tends to be quiet and serious in demeanor, yet he holds deep warmth and a strong sense of responsibility toward his cooking and his colleagues. As the backbone of the restaurant, he steadfastly preserves the flavors passed down to him while looking after every member of his staff with genuine care.
