Carlo Rosetti is the father of the protagonist Dahlia, who was granted the title of Honorary Baron in recognition of his invention of the water heater. A magic tool craftsman of remarkable skill, he devoted himself during his lifetime to passing down his family's craft to his daughter, while doing everything in his power to shield her exceptional talents from exploitation by the nobility. Though he had already passed away by the time the story begins, the technical legacy and wisdom he left behind remain the most vital spiritual foundation of Dahlia's journey as a craftsperson.
