Cecil was originally a covert agent serving the Kingdom of Belfast, tasked with disguising herself as a maid to ensure the safety of Princess Yumina. She later accompanied Touya to the Duchy of Brunhild, where she took charge of managing the castle's daily affairs. Combining a bright and cheerful disposition with exceptional skills in both housework and combat, she and her partner Lapis together form the vital backbone of the duchy's logistics and everyday life.
