A member of the notorious YO Shitennou operating in the same city as protagonist Nagumo Keiichiro, this character is frequently spotted wearing nothing but swim trunks. His signature behavior involves applying various flavored condiments to his own nipples and openly inviting passersby to sample them, proclaiming that he intends to deliver happiness to others through his nipples. Despite conduct that defies all social norms, he is in fact a graduate of a national university whose manner of speech and bearing is surprisingly refined, making him one of the most visually striking recurring characters in the series.
