Chloe

Originating from Minnesota, Chloe is a striking girl with golden blonde hair styled in space buns, and the daughter of a successful corporate president. Frustrated by the tension at home caused by her father's conflict with the mafia, she runs away to New York City, where she is targeted by kidnappers. Her path fortunately crosses with Kanna Kamui, who is also running away from home; Kanna saves her, and the two quickly bond while exploring the city together. After witnessing Kanna's true dragon form during a dramatic rescue from the criminals, Chloe accepts her new friend's secret without fear. Empowered by Kanna's advice, she returns home to reconcile with her father, and later travels to Japan to reunite with Kanna, warmly engaging with Miss Kobayashi's extended household and enjoying their special sightseeing plans.
