Dux is a mysterious girl who conceals her face behind a mask and carries a parasol as her signature accessory, reigning as the head of the Holy Maldius Church. Following the catastrophic event known as the Great Collapse that devastated Tokyo, she emerged from the shadows to seek out and guide those who have awakened the power of the Crimson Flame. Her true identity and origins remain shrouded in mystery, and she communicates through layered metaphors that leave others guessing. As a watchful observer of destiny, she plays a pivotal role in steering the protagonist, Chihiro Kamina, toward the path she was always meant to walk.
