Eisei

Eisei serves as the emperor Xia Gaojun's closest personal eunuch, his profound loyalty rooted in a debt of gratitude from his youth—when he suffered abuse in the red-light district and was rescued by Gaojun himself. Composed and exacting by nature, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bureau of Internal Affairs while standing as the emperor's personal guardian.
