Elliot Collins

Elliot Collins serves as the acting head of the long-established Peggy Workshop, holding the dual roles of silver sugar craftsman and heir to the workshop. His personality is elusive and his manner flippant—he habitually calls himself a champion of girls, a claim that frequently earns him criticism. Beneath that surface, however, lies a person of considerable social skill and refined craft. In the second season, he extends an invitation for Ann to join the workshop, and across trying situations such as the Holy Leaf City mission, he proves himself a dependable source of support and guidance.
