Excel Walter

Excel Walter is a female leader of the Sea Dragon clan who, despite having lived for over five centuries, retains a youthful appearance. Among the original Three Dukes, she stood alone in pledging her support to Soma, contributing her vast centuries-long expertise in military affairs and politics to the kingdom's reconstruction efforts, ultimately rising to serve as Commander-in-Chief of the National Defense Forces. Calm and far-sighted by nature, she nonetheless frequently reveals a mischievous, teasing side, making her one of Soma's most trusted and relied-upon advisors.
