Flamme

Flamme was a grand mage of humanity who lived a thousand years ago, having trained under Seirei and later guiding Frieren as her own disciple. The murder of her parents at the hands of demons instilled in her a profound hatred for demonkind, driving her to devise the unconventional technique of suppressing one's magical aura as a means of overcoming them. She laid the very groundwork for human magic as a discipline, and steered Frieren toward understanding the emotions of humankind—making her a legendary figure whose influence shaped both the world's history and the protagonist's growth.
