Fuyuto Kyougoku is a detective based in the Kabukicho 'Detective Tenement,' known for his painstaking precision and severe mysophobia—he faints at the mere sight of blood. Deeply dissatisfied with the chaotic East Side, he harbors dreams of cracking high-profile cases like the Jack the Ripper murders to make a name for himself and relocate to the orderly West Side. Despite his lofty ambitions, this self-styled serious investigator—nicknamed the 'Virgin Detective'—frequently finds himself the butt of others' jokes.
