Gram stands as the central figure of a legendary battle five centuries past, the warrior who personally brought down the Demon King with a sacred sword. Yet the immortality forcibly bestowed upon him by a goddess compelled him to witness centuries of unrelenting warfare and betrayal, ultimately driving him to despair over humanity itself. By the year 2099, he had become a vagrant wandering the streets of Shinjuku. Though his outward demeanor is one of lethargy and resignation, an encounter with the resurrected Demon King gradually rekindles the purpose he had long abandoned.
