Gripen

Gripen is an artificially created Anima weapon designed to combat the enigmatic aerial threat known as 'Kiei.' Her name mirrors that of the JAS 39J Gripen fighter she is neurally bonded with. Initially facing decommissioning due to emotional instability and poor simulation results, her fate shifted dramatically upon meeting a young man named Kei Narutani. That bond awakened a dormant combat potential within her that no one had anticipated. Introspective and sparing with both words and expressions, she wrestles with questions about her own existence—yet gradually finds her footing through Kei's steadfast presence. Her surprisingly fervent passion for human food adds a distinctly endearing dimension to her otherwise enigmatic character.
