Halkara is a long-lived Elf-race pharmacist with over two centuries of experience, best known as the self-made founder of Halkara Pharmaceuticals. A misunderstanding surrounding her signature 'Energy Brew' drove her to seek refuge under the Witch of the Highlands, Azusa, eventually becoming her second disciple. Despite her razor-sharp business acumen and striking appearance, her hopelessly clumsy nature has a knack for turning ordinary days into chaotic adventures, earning her the unofficial title of the household's resident disaster magnet.
