Haruka Inaba

Haruka Inaba is the younger brother of protagonist Hiroshi Inaba, having vanished from his life for two full years. Once partners serving together as covert police operatives, their bond fractured when Haruka grew resentful of his brother's relentless devotion to work at the expense of their relationship. Driven by a desperate need for acknowledgment, he defected to the terrorist organization NORA, choosing villainy as his twisted method of recapturing his brother's attention. Haruka possesses albinism-related traits alongside a rare psychic ability to read minds through sound perception.
