Heinrich Seelemann

Heinrich Seelemann is a noble knight originally from a coastal town, currently serving the Duchy of the Eastern Continent. During a grueling subjugation mission against mothmen, he pushed himself to the point of exhaustion while riding through the night to seek reinforcements. While resting in the forest, he miraculously encountered the door to "Western Cuisine Nekoya." There, he tried Fried Shrimp, a dish that instantly brought back nostalgic memories of the rich seafood from his hometown, turning him into an absolute fanatic of the meal. Being a man of immense honor and having no money on his first visit, he stubbornly left his beloved sword as collateral to pay for his food (which was later returned to him by the mercenary Tatsugorou). Though he can be somewhat impatient, he is deeply chivalrous. Inside the restaurant, he frequently engages in heated, comedic debates with fellow regular Sarah Gold over whether Fried Shrimp or Minced Meat Cutlets are superior. His earnest nature is further highlighted when he publicly and boldly confesses his romantic feelings to Sarah, proving that his passion extends purely and honestly to both his culinary and romantic pursuits.
