Hinatsuru is one of Uzui Tengen's wives, backed by a strong foundation as a kunoichi. During the Hashira Training Arc, she joined her fellow wives in supporting the retired Uzui by overseeing basic physical training for the Demon Slayers and managing logistical meal preparations. Known for her rational thinking and sharp judgment, she serves as the emotional backbone among the three wives. In the Entertainment District Arc, she demonstrated remarkable resilience and self-sacrifice by holding her ground in battle using wisteria-laced kunai.
