Hiroshi Kumagawa is a third-year student at Salt Middle School and a cornerstone of the Body Improvement Club. Standing tall with a muscular build and a distinctive mohawk hairstyle, he projects a tough exterior that belies his genuinely kind-hearted and justice-driven nature—one who holds his fellow members in the highest regard. Beyond his dedication to physical training, he demonstrates notable talent in science and painting, as well as an in-depth knowledge of tropical fish. Throughout the series, he remains one of the most steadfast protectors and senior figures in Shigeo Kageyama's life.
