Ichirou Yamada

Ichirou Yamada is a freshman member of the Kaimaku High School orchestra club, where he takes on the role of cellist. A longtime friend of Saeki Nao since their middle school days, he has a naturally cheerful disposition and a gift for connecting with others, making him a key figure in maintaining harmony and uplifting the mood within the club. Having practiced the instrument since childhood, his original motivation was as straightforward as wanting to be popular with girls—yet when it truly matters, he consistently shows up for Aono and his fellow members with heartfelt sincerity, establishing himself as an irreplaceable source of warmth throughout the story.
