Isami Aldini

Isami Aldini is an exchange student who journeyed from Italy to attend Tōtsuki Culinary Academy, growing up side by side with his twin brother Takumi. His calm and generous disposition serves as a natural counterbalance to his brother's fiery passion. Beyond his solid mastery of authentic Italian cuisine, Isami is known for a curious physical trait: he tends to slim down during summer and fill out again come winter. Throughout the series, he stands as Takumi's most steadfast supporter—while simultaneously being the rival who pushes him hardest in the culinary arena.
