Jiruo

Jiruo is a seasoned mentor at Belchero Orphanage who trained under the White Whistle known as Lyza the Annihilator. Holding a Blue Whistle that grants him teaching authority, he oversees the orphans including Riko. Though outwardly strict and rule-abiding, he harbors genuine concern for his students behind the scenes. When Riko and Reg set off into the Abyss, he quietly provided guidance and tacit approval for their journey, while remaining on the surface to investigate the mysterious illness known as the 'Birthday Death' that threatened the town.
