During her work on the manga adaptation, she sparked a fierce dispute with original author Itsuki Hashima after unilaterally replacing fully nude scenes with illustrations featuring elaborately designed underwear. Despite the initial conflict, her overwhelmingly impressive draftsmanship ultimately earned her his recognition.
