Kaiyuu Hiyama

Kaiyuu Hiyama serves as the backbone of the Shimizu Minami High School wind ensemble as its skilled timpanist. Following the passing of his grandfather, he made the difficult decision to take a leave of absence from school in order to manage the family-run nursing home, where he even launched an in-house radio station to bring joy to its residents. Encouraged by Haruta and Chinatsu, he eventually returned to school and rejoined the club. With his exceptional rhythmic precision and calm, analytical mindset, Kaiyuu provides unwavering support to the ensemble both musically and emotionally.
