Kanoko Matsukaze

Kanoko once shared seven years of life with protagonist Nono Kazu in Tokyo, but their relationship ended when she could not accept his decision to return home and take over the family business. Seeking to move on from her lingering feelings, she traveled to Kyoto — only to unexpectedly cross paths with Kazu once again. That chance reunion led her to settle in Kyoto, where she now works at a tea specialty shop. Mature and strong-willed with a cool demeanor that conceals genuine warmth, she may act decisively on the surface, yet quietly holds on to emotions she has never fully let go. Throughout the story, she serves as a vital source of support for those around her.
