Kaoruko Ichijou

Kaoruko Ichijou works as a librarian and happens to be a neighbor of the main character Kazuhiro in their shared apartment building. It was within the library's walls that she first crossed paths with the elf Mary, who had come to Japan from another world. Captivated by Mary's innocent and pure-hearted nature, Kaoruko quickly formed a close bond with her. Known for her gentle demeanor and open-minded attitude, she regularly accompanies Mary and offers guidance as the elf navigates life in modern Japan, making Kaoruko a dependable supporting presence throughout the story.
