Karina stands alongside the protagonist Yoshioka Shigeru as a fellow member of the elite 'Absolute God' tier, yet she pledges her allegiance to the dark organization 'Ordnung Spear.' At the moment of her reincarnation, she simultaneously sacrificed both 'sleep' and 'sexual desire' to obtain divine-level stats that surpass those of Shigeru. Her true identity reveals her to be the twin elder sister of Shiratori Kyoko, the very person who framed Shigeru in the real world. Erratic in behavior and inclined toward cruelty, she takes pleasure in obstructing Shigeru's goals, establishing herself as the most menacing rival he faces in the latter half of the story.
