Katagiri

Katagiri is a married woman living in Building 2 of the housing complex. At the start of the story, she reports suspicious resident behavior to the newly appointed manager Yoshida, making her the pivotal figure who sets the plot in motion. Behind the scenes, she maintains a Wiki site that documents the personal proclivities and threat levels of married women in the complex. Through her extensive information network, she keeps tabs on the community's hidden secrets and circulates this knowledge among fellow residents.
