Born into the illustrious Falier noble house of Venice, Katarina spent much of her childhood separated from her parents, a circumstance that fueled a rebellious streak and led her to drive away tutor after tutor with mischievous antics. Everything changed when she crossed paths with Arti, whose passionate devotion to her craft pierced through Katarina's guarded exterior. Drawn in by that sincerity, she became Arti's student and slowly began to open up — rediscovering a love of learning while quietly nurturing a hidden passion for cooking, finding warmth and purpose in the kitchen.
