Keto is a witch with a tanned complexion who is often seen in a swimsuit, embodying a modern gyaru aesthetic. Her specialty lies in controlling and manipulating plant life. Operating as a subordinate of the witch leader Dares, she frequently acts alongside her companion Teto. Although she has witnessed fellow witches fall victim to human witch hunts, she harbors no intense hostility toward humans, maintaining a broad-minded outlook and believing that witches and humans can coexist peacefully—making her a rare voice of calm and moderation among the witches.
