Kinue Kodama serves as the head of Kodama Finance and is widely recognized as the real estate queen of the Kunitachi area. She appears as a victim in the case known as 'A Message from the Dead in Hell.' While she presented a pleasant demeanor in public, she was privately notorious for her cold-blooded debt collection practices, which earned her many enemies. She was ultimately murdered in her own home, leaving behind a cryptic dying message that became a pivotal clue in Kageyama's investigation.
